Service Description

We ask all clients to deposit a £50 booking/cancellation fee due to the high rate of cancellations with no notice. Some of our treatments ask you to pay a % of the treatment you are booking. Therapists travel 1 - 1.5 hours to get into the clinic and some have purchased product for your treatment. These costs must be covered as you - the client - has asked for this to be done. Our cancellation terms are 2 days i.e. 48 hours prior to the appointment. So if your appointment is at 10am on Thursday, you will need to have cancelled before 10am on Tuesday. You will be invoiced for late cancellation of your bookings of a treatment. If it is not paid within 7days it will be referred to collections. Please look at the policy on our footer of the website.
