A non-surgical eye lift is a cosmetic procedure (or combination of treatments) designed to rejuvenate the area around the eyes — tightening skin, reducing sagging, and improving the appearance of dark circles or puffiness — without surgery.
Here’s an overview of the most common options:
1. Injectables
a. Botox (Botulinum toxin):
Purpose: Smooths out fine lines and crow’s feet by relaxing the muscles.
Effect: Subtle lifting of the outer brow and eyelid area.
Duration: 3–4 months.
Downtime: Minimal.
b. Polynucleotides (e.g., Salmon sperm DNA):
Purpose: Adds volume under the eyes (tear troughs) .
Effect: Reduces hollowness, shadows, and sagging.
Duration: 6-12 month.
Downtime: Mild swelling or bruising for a few days.
2. Energy-Based Treatments
a. HIFU (high intensity focused ultrasound) Skin Tightening
Purpose: Stimulates collagen and elastin production to firm loose skin.
Effect: Gradual lifting and tightening over weeks.
Duration: Results can last 1–2 years.
Downtime: Little to none.
3. Laser Treatments
Fractional CO₂ or Er:YAG Laser:
Purpose: Resurfaces the skin and reduces fine lines and crepiness.
Effect: Tighter, smoother skin texture around eyes.
Duration: Long-lasting, especially with maintenance.
Downtime: 3–7 days (depending on intensity).
4. Plasma Pen (Plasma Fibroblast)
Purpose: Uses plasma energy to cause micro-injuries that contract and tighten skin.
Effect: Noticeable tightening of eyelid skin.
Duration: Results last 1–2 years.
Downtime: 5–10 days (tiny scabs and redness).
5. Microneedling with PRP (“Vampire Eye Lift”)
Purpose: Uses your own plasma to boost collagen production and improve skin tone.
Effect: Brighter, smoother skin under eyes.
Duration: Builds gradually with repeated sessions.
Downtime: 1–2 days of mild redness.

6. What Do We Use?
HIFU: Brings collagen in the fascia of the muscles to lift the muscle and tighten the skin. Skin health is glowing, smoother and give structure to the face and neck.
CO2 Laser (Fractional): Resurfaces the outer skin. Removes all blemishes and tightens the outer skin.
Microneedling: Builds the skin gradually with repeated sessions and serums.
Plasma Pen: Lays down tiny damaging burns on the skin leaving the old skin between to help the skin heals over 2 weeks. (Not exact as its a long treatment and not as exact CO2 laser.)
Wrinkle Injections: Botulin can relax the muscles around the eyes and can be used after HIFU and CO2 laser treatments.
Poly's and AesPLLA's: can stimulate collagen with injections in the dermis. Good to enhance HIFU treatments & CO2 laser.
The best way to go is:
HIFU if you're looking for a tighter skin and muscle lift in the face, neck and chest.
CO2 Laser if you are only looking for resurfacing skin. Deep wrinkles, pigmentation, tags, capilliaries and fine lines, pores, acne scarring.
Then you can enhance your look with a little wrinkle injection to freeze the muscles.
Have permanent make up for brows, eyeliner and lips. This frames the eyes and mouth.
