At Body & Face Clinic, every decision we make is based on one simple principle: our clients always come first.
Over the years I've built our reputation on delivering safe, honest and results-driven aesthetic treatments. We know that when you walk through our doors, you're placing your trust in us, and that's something we never take for granted.
Recently, I have made the difficult decision to part ways with one of our practitioners, Lauren.
Lauren was a valued member of our team and we genuinely thank her for the care she gave to many of our clients during her time with us. We wish her all the very best for the future.
However, as the clinic owner, it is my responsibility to continually review the standard of care and the overall experience our clients receive. Unfortunately, we found that some clients were not completely satisfied with aspects of their treatment journey. While no practitioner is perfect, when we see a pattern that doesn't meet the exceptionally high standards we promise, we have a duty to act.
Body & Face Clinic has always been built on quality rather than quantity. We would rather make difficult business decisions than compromise on the level of care our clients deserve.
Today, we have an outstanding team of practitioners, each specialising in their own area of expertise, allowing us to provide the safest treatments and the very best results.

Jane van Velsen – Clinic Owner & Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner
I specialise in advanced non-surgical face and neck lifting, body contouring, fat reduction, skin tightening, HIFU, CO₂ laser resurfacing, laser hair removal, advanced wrinkle-relaxing treatments, vaginal rejuvenation, regenerative treatments including polynucleotides, RF microneedling, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, BodyLift+ and FaceLift+.
Adrian – EndoLift Specialist (Medic)
Providing minimally invasive laser skin tightening and facial contouring with EndoLift.
Jessica – Skin & Beauty Therapist (Skin Specialist)
Offering facial RF microneedling, HydraFacials, bespoke facials, chemical peels, skin treatments, waxing, tinting and professional skincare.
Stacey – Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner
Specialising in dermal fillers, wrinkle-relaxing injections, polynucleotides, Vitaran, exosomes, jaw fillers, lift brows, chin filler,Plenhyage, aesPLLA, lip fillers and regenerative collagen stimulation treatments.
Jerusha – Permanent Make-Up Specialist
One of the UK's pioneering permanent make-up artists, creating beautiful, natural-looking brows, eyeliner and lip enhancements.
Our Commitment to You
If you were previously seeing Lauren, please don't worry. We are making your transition as smooth and comfortable as possible. Stacey has already started to call the clients, taking the time to review your treatment history and ensure you're matched with Stacey and myself. Many of you will remember that I was the practitioner for Tox, Polynucleotides etc before Lauren.
Your treatment records remain securely held by Body & Face Clinic, allowing us to continue your care safely and professionally.
