We are invested in our clients health and beauty needs and when we asked, many of you asked if we could add massage and other wellbeing therapies to our list.

We are really pleased to tell you we now have a wonderful male masseur. He is highly qualified (Level 5) and experienced in personalised massage treatments. He is also a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.

He specialises in sports massage treatments aimed to stretch tight muscles, stimulate inactive muscles and improve soft tissue condition. It is a deeper massage that repairs muscle fibres and adhesions. It also reduces postural problems and tensions, relieves aches and pains and is a vital element in the recovery from a variety of soft tissue injuries. Sports massage enables you to move your body more freely and can improve posture. It can also relieve pain, tension and anxiety.
