What Endolift Actually Does?
Endolift uses a micro-optical fiber laser inserted just beneath the skin to deliver controlled thermal energy to the superficial musculoaponeurotic system (SMAS)—aka the fascia layer that supports the face.
It doesn’t burn the fascia in a destructive way. Instead, it causes precise, controlled thermal injury—a sort of micro-heat shock—that stimulates a healing and remodeling response.

The heat causes the vein to disintegrate and shrink, sometimes leading to minor skin bruising. Over time, the body naturally disposes of the damaged vein, leaving your skin smooth and clear.
We often use other treatments to rejuvenate the skin after the vein reduction laser treatments. These include HIFU, Diode laser facial treatment, microneedling, laser hair removal and hands on facials.
Treatment Plan and Session Count
The number of treatments needed varies depending on the size and quantity of thread veins. That's why we offer an initial consultation with a specialist doctor to tailor a treatment plan specifically for you. While we generally advise starting with a six-session course, the exact number may vary individually. Treatments are scheduled at four-week intervals.

Laser For Vascular Reduction
Spider veins or thread veins on the face are broken blood vessels that have become dilated and more noticeable. There are a number of different causes as to why facial spider / thread veins have developed which include; injury, sun damage, hormonal changes, pregnancy, topical irritants, genetics, ageing, pregnancy and excessive alcohol consumption.
Our facial vein treatments can effectively remove small facial veins such as thread veins, spider veins and telangiectasia.
You will need to attend a consultation with us first. We will look at your skin and your medical history. You will have a patch test before booking a treatment appointment. We also advise that you must not be tanned (includes fake tan) and youshould avoid using any exfoliators, retinols or fruit acids 5-7 days before your treatment.
If you are prone to developing veins/capilliaries you would need more treatments on any new veins that appear.
Aftercare Of Facial Thread Vein Treatments
Aftercare of facial thread vein treatments include:
1. Avoid excessive heat including bathing and showering, using a sauna or steamroom (incl. facial steaming) for 48 hours.
2. Avoid sun exposure at least for 2 to 3 weeks. If going into the sunshine please apply at least a 30SPF cream to your skin before any other product on your skin.
3. Perfumes, pefumed creams and other products on the skin for 48 hours after your treatments.
4. Do not use exfoliators, retinols and fruit acids on your skin for at least a week.
5. Make up can be used the next day after the treatment but ensure it is a good quality of make up eg: mineral based make up as titanium dioxide and zinc oxide is commonly found in many types of mineral make up and it will soothe and calm the skin.
